BANK OF MONTREAL OUTSOURCING

TORONTO, ONTARIO (December 15, 1996) - EZENET INC. is pleased to announce the signing of a contract with the Bank of Montreal to process financial transactions. The outsourcing application covers all aspects of processing and will be handled out of the Toronto office of EZENET. Both parties see this project as a test of the outsourcing concept in larger financial institutions and hope that as the Bank expands into new product areas, there will be additional contracts in the future.

IBM TO POWER EZENET BANKING

TORONTO, ONTARIO (November 15, 1996) - EZENET's Research and Development group announces the completion of development and implementation of its financial banking software on the new PowerPC 604 family of processors.

After fully migrating its software "BankIt" on one of the first IBM F30 POWER PC's in Canada, EZENET becomes capable of handling as many as 1000 concurrent users.

EZENET EXPANSION ANNOUNCEMENT

TORONTO, ONTARIO (September 10, 1996) - EZENET INC. announces plans to move to larger premises on January 1, 1997. The expansion is required to meet the growing demand for outsourcing of data processing in the financial services sector and Commercial Internet Services.

EZENET currently provides all data processing services to 15 small to medium sized financial institutions in Ontario, Quebec and British Columbia. By the end of 1997, services will expand to cover the prairies.
